Restaurant placemat and QR menu FAQ
Find answers about the EZPlacemats restaurant program, advertising placements, QR menus, design, and delivery.
How much do the placemats cost the restaurant?
The EZPlacemats program is designed so participating restaurants do not pay for the sponsored placemat print run. Local businesses purchase the advertising placements that fund production.
What does a restaurant receive?
A participating restaurant receives a custom placemat design, a professionally printed run, delivery to the restaurant, and a digital QR menu that can be updated without reprinting.
Can we update our menu after the placemats are printed?
Yes. The digital QR menu can be updated from the restaurant dashboard. Diners who scan the QR code see the current menu, prices, specials, and availability.
How does advertising work?
Local businesses select available placements in a restaurant project, create or upload their ad, and complete checkout. The restaurant reviews paid ads before they go live.
How long does the program last?
A print run is intended for a restaurant's current project period. Renewal opportunities are handled as a new run becomes available, allowing the restaurant and local sponsors to continue when appropriate.
